Had a grooming booked for my Cocker Spaniel for today at 09:00, booked about 4 weeks ago and at 08:20 my wife gets a phone call cancelling to appointment.....
What a bunch of irresponsible people, will never use again and will ensure that I give a bad review to everyone I know that uses it or asks about it.
