Popped in today for some advice on food for my frenchie and a lovely lady called Laura helped me. She was very good at explaining different things and even gave me a sample to take home. Will definitely be back

Kindness from a member of staff
the gentleman ( james? Jamie , tall , auburnish hair at your cardiff newport road store kindly lifted the bag of cat kibble into my shopping trolley , as I had a bad shoulder, the 7kg bag of kibble went to splott community volunteers to be distributed to other pet owners less able to afford kibble . I got 25 bags of kibble to distribute to other less fortunate pet owners

Honestly has made it to my new favourite pet supplies shop . Went in with intension of buying my frenchie some treats and could easily spend 3 hours buying them. I do not normally like shopping but I love this place . Going there again today as it happens
