Great experience in store but the app won’t work which is disappointing

I had a tray of dog food tins to donate to red bin & lad who served me very kindly put them in the bin for me.

First visit to Jollyes, loads of bargains and the young lady serving was friendly and helpful. She said she was new but her confidence shone through a slow working till.

Extremely helpful staff. One member stopped stacking shelves from being on knees to guide me to where a product was, instead of just vaguely pointing 'over there' . When I was paying and enquired about another product the member of staff stayed patient and provided the item I wanted.
I needed to exchange an item, which was dealt with efficiently.
Store was smart, bright, well stocked and organised.
All three members of staff that I encountered were highly professional.
I have already recommended several friends.

Got what I needed

Very helpful and friendly staff who do not pressure you, allowing you to browse at your leisure but also there if you need them. We bought a coat for our dog and the information was clear and easy to understand so there is reassurance that we got the correct sizing for them. Very handy having one so local to us for good prices and deals.

Lady in the till came to shop floor to assist me with dog food price check , carried the 15 kg bag for me and priced matched with another shop .

The staff were very friendly and were more than happy to go out back to look for an item I couldn't find in store.

I find jollyes pet shop very good they have a lot of choices for all your pets and are very helpful, the only thing I find disappointing is there stock levels you go in one day for food and after finding fussy dog will eat food you go back for more and they don’t have any, also some foods you can only buy now are in large packs, like the hills tin food which I have bought in the past.
