First time visit to the pet clinic for kitten vaccines. Warm and friendly and efficient. Great care and attention given to the kittens. Fantastic value for money compared to my normal vet who appears to have ripped me off every years for many years

Reasonable Cost and Helpful Staff
I was left to peruse what I wanted at my leisure which was nice, although staff came across as very approachable if any help had been needed. When I got to the checkout the member of staff at the till was willing to help me carry out to my car the large array of items I had of which a number were quite heavy. I found the cost of everything reasonable.

Mould in knuckle bones
Staff were lovely when i went in to click and collect a delivery, however when i received the items and got home to pack these for christmas, i found mould in one of the items.

Needed flea spot on
Needed flea spot on. Was told to come back in an hour, returned after one hour and there still wasn’t anyone who could sell. On a different day, I stopped by for the same reason, the guy on the till said his boss needed to sell it and phoned through to the back, where he was told that she wasn’t coming out and I’d have to return the next day!
