Every time we go to jollys all staff are helpful and if they can't answer a question they find it out for me.

I’ve only recently found this company…
I’ve only recently found this company and I find it packed full of cat food accessories. They’ve even got a little Vet Service going. You can get cheap jabs there for your cats and dogs much half the price to a normal veteran. Highly recommend that if you’ve got a pet or thinking about buying a pet go there first because they sell a litter boxes bedding leads you name it they’ve got it and the service is brilliant. I’m new to the app and the Lady behind the counter. She took a time and she helped me with it, and I think that’s brilliant Customer Service thank you.

The vet we saw at Colchester to administer our puppies second vaccine was unpleasant, rude and had no manners whatsoever. He was also rough and careless with our puppy and just wanted us out as soon as possible. Disgusting service and we are not surprised that jolleys are slowly closing down around the country.

UPDATE:- Since the quick response from Jolley's advising me to go back to the store, i havr now done this and they rectified my issue with a full refund.
I was charged for an extra item I didn't put on the till, it was a rope toy I didn't choose to buy.

110% better than the other known one that's green and rubbish!
So many raw treats for my dog and so much for my lizards and tortoise.
I buy Locusts and treats so often I should have shares lol
The staff in Colchester are absolutely amazing! The deputy manager I think is a right laugh and so helpful.
I wont go anywhere else now.
They don't sell live stock which is a bonus in my book as you don't know who's buying what.
