Every time we go to jollys all staff are helpful and if they can't answer a question they find it out for me.

From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. very poor help in staff they didn't…
very poor help in staff they didn't care at all for what state the animals are in and this isn't the first time I've had to complain about this shop I find it very cruel that animals have to live in these conditions while staff members are busy enjoying getting money but aren't even bothered with the animals and probably aren't even feeding them the right amount like why get a job with animals if you aren't gunna care for them properly

Staff are brilliant in Colchester
Shopped in the Colchester store. Staff are great the particular lady that has served me twice gave great advice and really really friendly. It’s the customer service for me that stood out.
