Connswater team are amazing
Took advantage of the James WellBeloved 3 for 2 offer. Phoned ahead and Billy happily kept back Betsy's my 18mth Black Miniature Schnauzer favourite flavour. Ended up buying a half price coat and rawhide free treats too. The whole team managed by Declan and Courtney are so friendly and knowledgeable. I always bring Betsy in with me and of course the team make a fuss of her. It's always an amazing experience and Betsy gets more confident when meeting the lovely team, new people and four legged friends with every visit.

Great selection, prices and customer service.
My only negative is the drop trolleys for the big bags of dog food seem to have disappeared from the Connswater branch. Holding a 12kg bag on your shoulder whilst waiting in line to pay isn't the nicest thing!

Server lack of customer service
Customer service horrible. Some of the younger staff always too busy to serve and make customers feel uncomfortable when they have to stop doing something to serve you. I have also overheard them (young girl and young man, unfortunately didn’t get their names) speaking ill about customers and making comments such as “she’s fuming” towards me as I look displeased about a customer being spoken about especially while I was being served, again making me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is my local shop and I do need to use it for my 3 animals quite frequently but if the lack of customer service and unpleasantness of employees doesn’t improve significantly in the very near future I will have to shop elsewhere.

Great staff!
The staff at Connswater Jollyes are brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble and they're always friendly and attentive.
The selection of products is brilliant too - especially the Lifestage dog foods.

2 lovely girls at the connswater store in Belfast gave me so much information about the food and products no where else has ever done this!
Who ever you was helping me, thank you again! Your managers should recognise this because you were both so polite and helpful which is rare these days!
