Your loyalty club is ridiculous, gathering something like a 1000 points to get a quid or so . Why don't you do away with the discount and just reduce the the cost at the till for these customers. Not everyone has access to the internet.

I had a fantastic experience at Jolly’s…
I had a fantastic experience at Jolly’s Pet Shop in Darlington! The store is well-stocked with everything you could need for your pets, and the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. I was especially impressed by the lovely, friendly gentleman who helped me, he was incredibly knowledgeable and genuinely cared about helping me find the right flea treatments for my pet. He took the time to explain the options clearly and gave me great advice tailored to my situation. It’s rare to find such personal and caring service these days. Highly recommend Jolly’s for both their excellent product range and outstanding customer service!
