Jolleyes not so Jolly!!
Three attempts on three separate occasions to purchase flea treatment for my dog and each time told that they couldn't sell it as there was no manager available!! I gave up and travelled yet again, this time to Pets at Home and purchased the treatment, from available staff.

Very good. Young lady called Lauren was very polite and helpful she dropped what she was doing to come and help me. Very knowledgeable on products for birds as I was starting up with canaries again. She is an asset to the branch. Thanks again for very good service.
