I purchased a 12kg bag of wagg dog food, I struggled to carry it to the counter, as the young man at the till, who wasn't serving, just stood and watched me, I would have liked him to have offered to carry it for me. Not very good customer service 😕.

Store was quiet. I selected a few packets of dog treats. A female store assistant saw me approach the till and came over to serve me. She was friendly and polite. She commented about my dog and asked if she was allowed a treat.We had a brief chat about dogs too.

I recently returned a bag of salmon dog kibble as I discovered that it had chicken in the ingredients which my dog is unable to tolerate. The member of staff at the till immediately swapped the bag of food for us, even though I had opened the bag.
