Email misleading
Went out of my way to go on Saturday following an email saying there was 20% off my chosen brand. Got there to find the variety I needed was excluded from offer.

The staff are anything but jolley
The staff are anything but jolley. Great store with a lot of choice I could spend a long time in here sifting through bargains. The staff however are miserable. I bought a few of the loose treats for my dog, with the bag provided I added them all in. The counter assistant took me back over to this area and had me show him what I put in the bag as he had to put them all through the till individually. They were all the same price so I didn’t think this would be an issue. It was very humiliating, I felt as though I was getting into trouble!

Went to Jollies Edinburgh
Went to Jollies Edinburgh. I normally shop here every month. I get all of Charles treats, food, toys and everyday things here due to the wide range of self service treats (Pick & Mix) as Charles likes different treats. They no longer do treats like this. I will now be going back to Pets are home as they still do this range. Unfortunately I will probably end up doing all my dog shopping there from now on. It's a shame as I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere Jollyes had.
Not all changes are for the better.
