normally ok, failed this time
I ordered 3 bags of Hills oral care for cats in view of the offer of 3 for 2 & free delivery over the weekend. Only 1 was delivered - that came from hemel hempstead - couldn't the 3 bags be sourced elsewhere if not coming from my chosen store? Why so few bags held in stock? - take down the offer if so. An email said I would be refunded. No sign of a refund yet.

No benefit to being in pet club
Love the variety at Jolleyes but don’t get any benefit from the pets club. I got sent one voucher and it expired immediately. Compared to pets at home who regularly give me vouchers. Jolleyes is local to me and the staff are always friendly so just a few more benefits to belonging to the pets club would be great.

20 years of shopping at Jollys.
I have been shopping at Jollys in Enfield for over 20 years now and have always found the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They have a wide range of everything needed for most animals. Shame they have to work in such cold conditions in the winter months. They deserve better.
