I received a text from your company at 12.32 on 10th October 2025. I was going to shop at Jollyes in the afternoon so thought nice surprise, my rabbits can get a treat for the £5 saving on £25.
So after spending £40 i went up to the checkout to use my discount coupon, opened it up on my phone for the cashier, only to be told my coupon was out of date. Only received it about 2 hours ago. So I am not a very happy bunny. Bunnies got their treats, but I'm out of pocket for £5, not very good practice on your company. Very disappointed ...😒
