Local Jollyes is very handy. They have started stocking more natural treats for dogs which is brilliant - they need to get rid of the rawhide though and expand their frozen food section.

Overpriced now and very poor quality home brand products. Under there own name if I wanted a bag of sawdust would have gone to a wood mill there own brand cater is total Cr..p not fit for purpose like there head office customer lack Of service.
Better pet shops out there
Your staff at High Wycombe are always kind and helpful. They always offer to carry and load my purchases into my car, because I’m always tempted to buy more than I went in for! Too many lovely things to buy!
I cant say I loved this 'practice'. I took my puppy back there for his 2nd vaccination and microchip as this is where the breeder took him for his 1st and it was all very rushed, exposed and unprofessional. It wasn't at all the set up I was expecting and have been used to and I almost walked out. The staff/Veterinarian were nice enough, but not at all welcoming, or overly caring, it was just a bit odd. I asked a few questions about the puppy and I felt like I was wasting her time, it was just in and out with very little care and compassion and no privacy - (in my opinion). I don't live in the area and thankfully my little boy is registered with another practice for future vaccinations/check-ups. I think an environment such as this one along with their nonchalant staff, is only setting your new pet up to have anxiety and issues about visiting the vet.
