Local Jollyes is very handy. They have started stocking more natural treats for dogs which is brilliant - they need to get rid of the rawhide though and expand their frozen food section.

Pricing of goods!
Pricing of goods . The tills don’t recognise when items have been discounted and are on special offers. Considering I spend a couple of hundred pounds a month because I am a dog handler. You have to check your receipt for being overcharged!

Walked in all offers straight in front…
Walked in all offers straight in front of you and as advertised. Cans of dog food heavy, cashier did not mind me putting them on the side whilst waiting to queue.

Placed an order via click and collect
Placed an order via click and collect, ready to collect in one hour the website claim. Went to the store which is 45 minutes away, they haven’t even received the order.
They then offer to cancel the click and collect order and let me purchase the items which were on the shelf, went to the checkout, price was over £30 more than the click and collect order, oh no was told, you don’t get the online price in the store.
Ok then I’ll wait for the order to come through to you. Order came through ready to collect at 11.40 the following morning, so much for advertising ready to collect in as little as one hour.
Anyway that was not able to collect so went the next day, nothing to collect, they cancelled the order, marvellous.
Then to top
It all, the wife who placed the order later called Jolyes who then said it was a misunderstanding and if we went back, 45 minutes away they would let us have the order from the shop at the click and collect price, so why on earth could they do that in the first instance.
Don’t bother with click and collect.
Still waiting for the payment to be returned 24 hours after they cancelled the order.
