Very nice and helpful staff

The shop has so much variety of stock, I feel able to walk freely around the shop without been hounded, but knowing there are plenty of staff to ask for help. The customer service is very good and the prices are better than other pet shops!

The staff treat you like a valued customer,they are always on hand if you need help,the only complaint is that i had my dog booked in for a groom,i turned up for the 11 oclock slot,too find out the groomer had left the job,she only booked me in 4 days before,so why did you do this,i drove all the way from Beverley,this is no fault of the other staff,they were actually embarrassed as they were having too tell customers who turned up for appointments,I cannot beleive the groomer booked me in when she k new she wss leaving,Ive been a customer at your store since opening,i drive a 30 min for your store as your prices are affordable especially with the cost of stuff nowadays ,and i only want the best for my french bulldog as she is a veterans ptsd dog,,your store is 10/10, i was just annoyed with the groomer doing that too me,great staff and a fantastic pet store,with everything you need at a great price.

Visited store for seed, sand sheets and millet for our Cockatiel, while I'm store asked for advice on worm drops for our cat. Very good advice from staff. Satisfied.

My husband was searching for kitten's keeble and asking questions and the guy was very helpful in finding them for him. The staff members are very helpful and always smiling at Hull store.

we got everything we needed except Cat Litter, which we assume they had run out of for the moment. As we are at Sheffield this coming weekend, we will go to the Jollyes there and hopefully get some!

Regular shopper in the Hull, Kingswood store. Always friendly staff, nothings too much trouble for them.

I visited the kingwood store today 12th November. I was buying some puppy training pads and dog food. I asked the the female assistant at check out if I could use their toilet, she said no because they are staff toilets. Although I have a bladder problem which I cannot wait and I have an app on my phone from the bowel and bladder clinic saying I have to go to the toilet, I told her this . She told me she would asked the manager who was at the bottom of the store , he must have heard the conversation, he didn't have a problem me using the toilet and he knew about the app. On leaving the toilet I approached the check out to pay for my goods. I mentioned to the female on the check out that the manager knows about the app. And you cannot refuse me, she angrily said I can refuse you. I was absolutely livid because I know she couldn't. She started shouting at me, Instantly pushed the good towards her with that the manager came and asked me to leave the store whilst the female assistant was shouting at me.

Always have good variety of pet foods, treats and toys,and staff are very helpful also like that you have the option to donate a meal for a dog or cat for Xmas and are greatful when you do.(always donate for a dog and cat)

Friendly helpful staff, good selection of products although they could have more (large) latex dog toys as my dog loves them.

Staff are always friendly and helpful and the products are reasonably priced and stocked well. Free parking makes it easy to get bulky items into my car!

Jolly's is an excellent establishment that offers a comprehensive selection of products for a variety of pets. The staff is exceptionally courteous and consistently available to provide assistance. During my recent visit, I was particularly impressed by their understanding and helpfulness while I was purchasing a range of items for my cat. I highly recommend Jolly's and enjoy shopping there!

Took my dog Izzy to the groomers to the groomer there. Izzy is really nervous,but the staff was lovely with her. They fussed over her, lots of cuddles. The groom was great, just what I'd wanted and she smelt gorgeous. She also gave Izzy a blueberry facial!!. Very happy,will definitely keep using Jollyes.
