Jollyes is a regular stop for us. The staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. One of our dogs has allergies,so we need to be careful what we buy.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff
What a great customer service from Aibh (a lovely Irish girl). I wasn't too sure what option to pick for my 5 cats but Aibh helped me out to make my decision. I am glad I picked a new meaty selection in gravy for my fussy eaters thanks to Aibh and her invaluable support. I truly appreciate her kindness and patience.

Worst website for ordering from ever !!!
I have tried 3 months in a row to 'subscribe and save' on dogfood and every month i have had to try and order manually and navigate the horrible website.
Now i have noticed that even when you try the 'free' click and collect its still charging £3.50 and insisting on delivery... even though it is showing as in stock..... absolutely horrible website to try and use !!!
