I was charged £38 for items worth £32 and didn’t realise your mistake until I was home and saw receipt in my mail

Great shop it has so much variety and is very competitively priced. It also rewards with money off vouchers which is brilliant.
The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Lovely friendly guy at the counter who advised us on the food we had been recommended was a great choice, the correct one and took interest in asking about our new pup. Friendly,professional and knowledgeable, we will definitely be back to visit the Lurgan store. Sorry I did not ask his name.

Lurgan store got a box of premium 150 fatballs went and opened the box only to find flys and maggots and webs of same thing, I drove back 20 mins later with the fat balls want I don’t see was it was £30 down to £15 I do have to say said the girl I dealt with was very good and apologised and was embarrassed to even sale it to me in the first place, I can’t say about another Jollyes but the Lurgan one has been going down hill big time, every time I went in they never have what I need unless you go into the store with a dog they don want to know
That’s me last in jollyes I go to a independent store now 40 miles away and jollyes is only 2 mins from my house

Had everything i needed and the man that served me at the till was very friendly and helpful.

I am a regular customer in Jollyes Lurgan & my male dog uses Lifestage Senior Turkey Grainfree - the food is perfect for my boy who is allergic to Chicken. The staff in store are really helpful & will assist me with lifting large bags of food. The staff are also very knowledgeable about products & always polite. Visiting this store is a delight

Great experience staff always pleasant can’t do more than enough for you always respectful and well presented. Down side is the store could do with stocking more red mills duck and rice and mother and puppy food.

Lovely woman working yesterday morning monday 13th. Helped me with my dog food to the car as I had my little girl with me.
