The young staff member on the floor very kindly got the bag of cat food i nedded from the bottom of a full pallet. Was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way which was appreciated.

Fantastic caring staff
All the staff in the Lurgan store treat you as if you were their only ever customer and as if your business is their life line .Fantastic caring helpful pleasant staff who coujd not do enough to help . . I wanted the big sized dog bed but it was only available in Banbridge and Aidan phoned Banbridge to see if they had it and to see what he could do to help and Maria overheard the conversation said she was going there on the Saturday night and she offered to go a little earlier and lift the dog bed and bring it back to Lurgan .i them got a phone call to say it was in Lurgan .
I had a lot on unexpectedly and forgot to lift for a few days but when I rang it was Matia who answered the phone and told me not to worry .. it was there waiting on me when I could get in . I have now got my dog bed and am delighted as I was with the last one.
I needed help a few weeks before too with a dog lead and collar and a lovely girl helped me . I forget her name but I know she had a little daughter maybe a four year old but nothing was a problem for her either . I had brought my dog in to the store that time for the first and you could see how they genuinely love dogs as I am sure they do other animals . I got advice too on the grain free food ( life stage ) that same girl some time ago and it’s been such a good choice for my dog . She’s just a dream
dog . I think this is the first review I have ever written but the staff in that store are just so lovely .

The staff were excellent
The staff were excellent. Gave my little pup so much attention to fit her with a harness, even though she is an 11 week old dachshund. Went to the trouble to get me the correct puppy food. So helpful. I bought a chew toy and they told me to be with her as she could chew pieces off. 10 out of 10.

Accessible building, staff are friendly and respectful (ask to pet your dog, etc). They have a great selection of raw and natural treats as well as toys, and a good selection for the cats too.
