Didn’t have what I wanted and bought another product. Then when I opened the other product this morning I noticed it was out of date on 22nd February 2025. Very disappointed! Today is 10th March 2025!

On this occasion I was needing dog food. I noticed a box of pouches on offer so I picked those up.
I have some disabilities & asked a staff member if she would mind leaving the box at the till for me as I needed a bag of food too.
Unfortunately I didn’t get her name.She had long dark hair with some of it clipped up & was really friendly & helpful!
I picked up the bag of dry food & went to the dog toys section to look for a new Kong.As I was looking,the same girl came over & seeing I had the bag of dog food on floor,she lifted it & brought it over to the till.So lovely! I got what I wanted & this same girl took my details for the Pet Club & packed all my purchases in my bag,offering to take them to my car. With all in one bag,I was fine to carry it myself.She had already helped above & beyond!
I thanked her for all her help.A lovely friendly girl who genuinely was extremely helpful. An all round great member of staff! 👌
