With the shop being so busy, he shone like the guiding star of Bethlehem to help me in my time of need. He needs recognition.

I rang up to get frozen nuggets put aside as there wasn’t any duck when I went two days earlier and didn’t want them to sell out , when went to collect they hadn’t done this said difficult to get hold of duck which was wrong as there wasn’t any 2 in freezers which we got needless to say have to look elsewhere as that’s twice this week after finishing work , 1st visit 17th dec 2nd visit Friday 20th dec

Cold wait at the till
Following the recent refit at your Westerhope store, the till facility has been moved next to the automated front door. The cold whistles through the door so standing waiting for my purchases to be rung through the till was extremely cold. The poor staff were frozen. Very silly idea

Staff were really helpful in giving me loads of information about cat nutrition, and when there was a price discrepancy they went out of their way to ensure I didn't pay the wrong price. Very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable!
