Perches and some wood accessories had little tiny round holes in them meaning woodworm holes. I wasn’t happy with the quality. I wouldn’t do click and collect again as it’s better to view wooden items in person.
The staff were excellent at getting a refund sorted and went above and beyond.
In future always examine any wood items before buying or leaving the store.
I also had the same issue with a different store. I couldn’t believe it.
Some wood items are better quality than others on the shelves as some have woodworm holes and some don’t. Just exam in future before buying.
As I said before the staff are excellent!

Bought a collar that was too big for my…
Bought a collar that was too big for my dog I had to take the tag off to try it on - because the tag was off they wouldn’t exchange for a smaller size!! Have 2 dogs and spent a fortune in this store on a monthly basis. Lost a customer over a £20 collar!
