Informative staff
Very good store for all your pet needs. And my puppy enjoyed his visit especially the pick and mix of natural treats.
Plenty to choose from at very reasonable price. I also received very good advice from a female staff member with dark hair on transitioning my dog onto eating wet food from kibble. She also took the time to advise the best brands for puppy nutrition and why they are good .I'm sorry I didn't catch her name.

Caring staff to the rescue
Was up to get my 12 week old puppy a harness. Had taken him with us. The staff were brilliant. Very helpful but moreover, they came over to help try fit a harness on my dog and they literally sat down on the floor to pet him and took great care to make him feel comfortable (this was his first "shopping trip") and reassured him. Thank you Natasha and staff (unfortunately I didn't get the other young ladies name, but she was tall with dark hair with redish tints)
