Jollyes North Harbour has always been the number one go to for all my pets and they never fail to let me down!
I visited the store looking to invite some new Gerbils to our family and they had 2 lovely females (named Mel and Sue) which I am delighted to say are settling in beautifully.
I would like to Thank Maya and Kayla for all their help, advice and overall expertise during my purchases.
Maya and the team are super welcoming, polite, friendly and go above and beyond no matter how big or small the request. I cannot thank them enough for our new family members and generally just being the best team! Keep up the great work! 🤩

When I came in th shop( first time) with m dog star(labrador) I asked for help and the girl(blonde hair) helped me so much an ibfound everything I was looking for, I was so happy with my experience in the shop so happy I will be back

Jollyes nearly always stock our favourite Natures Own's 'Sweet Green Hay' which our guinea pigs Daisy and Hazel love. It is soft, green and smells divine, a cross between readigrass and hay. Perfect. I can't get this from any other big pet stores, so well done Jollyes keep stocking it! Our Go To store!

Found what I wanted, price competitive and staff always good at my local branch x

I went to your Portsmouth North Harbour store to but some food bars and feed for my parrot. The only selection there was Bell Shaped ones, and small thin bars which would be demolished within 2 minutes. I then went to get some food from the bins, and there was a feed of almost sunflower seeds, which are OK, but you need to be careful how often they have them as they can block their nasal systems. This was the only type of food available and only about three scouts, unless you purchased the overpriced speciality food bags. I'll be looking for other suppliers.

First time shopping here and I was signed up for a discount card and they are the only pet store that sells Readigrass

Really helpful staff who found exactly the right hamster for my son (it was hiding under another hamster) and took the care needs of the hamster seriously when selling to us. Also the hamsters had clearly been looked after well and had had interaction with people so will settle in quickly.

Postscript: Hamster settled in and doing really well

The 3 for 2 Dry Cat Food offers were obviously an attraction and I didn't have to wait too long to be served by a very polite and helpful young lady who ensured that I received 15% off of my next purchase!!

Bought dog coat for wet weather. Nice choice of designs. Got to checkout and it was half price so even better.

Good value for money, staff very helpful and welcoming

Took my daughter and pup luna to my local Jollyes because I was previously so happy with my experience. What a disappointment the two girls in there were non comunitive miserable terrible customer service. We loved the shop products they are amazing, got everything luna loves, my daughter went there percifically as she doesn't have one near her she was also disappointed and not happy with service..

We were unsure which dog food was suitable for dog, who has stomach issues, but the staff were fantastic, and the old boy has never been so happy

Used my August voucher and stocked up on cat food.

Nice friendly staff. Very helpful. Lots of choice and I appreciate the discount with two big dogs to feed.

Most staff are always polite and helpful. I buy a 12kg bag of kibble and was confused why some bags were wrapped in plain brown packaging rather than the normal Lifestyle packaging. When I asked staff if it would still be fresh when opened like it normally is they said they didn’t know. So obviously I didn’t want it and I had to move a few 12 kg bags to get to the one my dogs eat which was in normal packaging. I am old so it wasn’t easy. Would’ve been nice to get some help.

The manager was really helpfully about what food to buy for my kittens and she was super friendly
