Good cat litter at a great price
The pre-ordered, pre-paid cat-litter (12 x 30L bags) was already stacked up on the trolley and ready to load in my car. I was helped to load it, which was very helpful.
The second sales lady was also cheerful and helpful - I'd found some other cat food to buy - making this a store I will definitely use again, particularly as I couldn't get the cat litter product locally - but I was more than happy to drive 30 miles from home as the price was also the best available online.

One person on till, 3 stood around talking, when we asked if someone else could serve as there was a big queue girl which I believe was called Poppy (blonde hair) gave me the filthiest look went on the till and continued with attitude. Im a retail manager and I get times are hard but had I been rude and horrible towards her I would have understood, I would expect my staff to get on till if there was a queue.

Fantastic and friendly staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome even though we came into the store just before closing.
Extremely knowledgeable on all products we asked about which has resulted in 3 trips to prepare for our new kitten, a much better understanding than the staff at pets at home (although they were very friendly too)
