From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. I was charged incorrectly - the young cashier rang through some items twice - I had to check my receipt outside and go back in . The refund was made but it took an age - poor attention to detail

I asked the sales assistant in the shop…
I asked the sales assistant in the shop for help (lady with glasses and brown hair) but she tried her best to avoid me. Then when I asked how much an item was she wouldn't help again and told me to queue at the till and find out. It was evident she didn't want to engage. When I left the store she was leaning against the rabbit cages outside the shop smoking. Not very professional.
