Rude Customer Assistant
The Jollye’s customer assistant who was working in the pet clinic couldn’t have been less helpful, and seemed to have quite an attitude. She came across as bored, made quite a few comments that caused myself and my mum to side eye each other thinking ‘really!?’. It was the topic of discussion for most of the drive home! A real shame as previously have had no issues, and the rest of the store team were lovely.

Very friendly, dedicated to service
I've got an XL Bully, she's very friendly and loves to say hello but a lot of people are scared of her. The staff were so nice to her, they asked if it was OK to say hello and then gave her cuddles and treats, she had the best time!! They also stock BullyBillows stock which we got her a lovely new collar and lead set and they helped me find the correct size :)
