Helpful and kind staff, good choice of dog meat at a good price.
Great place to shop lots to choose from.
Always happy to see molly and has a little cuddle with her before I leave her as she’s usually shaking, very friendly and polite x
Sales assistant was very helpful and explained about the loyalty program to save10% which made the price of item purchased more in line with other outlets
It was a good experience but when walked in to see the animals they had gone very, disappointing as alway look forward to seeing them. They always brought the feeling of been in a pet shop. Now just feels like boating shop even though the staff are alway happy to help.
Helpful shop assistant. Shop was easy to navigate, shop was also very clean
Went into Jollyes for advice about dog food and my dog itching.
The young lady who served me was very informative about which food to give her and the fact that treats can also make dogs itch.
So far so good and she likes the food.
Thank you very much young lady you were brilliant

I came in with my young puppy (carried as he’s only had 1 vaccine so far) to experience the shop and to pick up a few things. The store is well laid out and I picked up a few unusual things that I hadn’t seen elsewhere. But staff should really know to ask to say hi to a dog, especially one so young! One of your staff walked right up to me, started stroking my puppy without asking. I was always taught to ask before petting someone’s dog, not only is it polite but it’s also necessary in case the dog can’t be petted or is a bite risk. The lady who served me at the tills was lovely, friendly and super polite. Didn’t go to touch my puppy either.
