The staff...they are ALWAYS friendly, willing to help and point you in the right direction, no hard sell, if you say no it is accepted, the ONLY thing I'd say is, I'd like to see more whiskers cat food with gravy choices 😊

Brilliant place to shop
Brilliant place to shop. I can't carry heavy things but at Jollyeys it's not a problem because the assistants are so helpful and kind. I bought 4 large sacks of dog food which were loaded onto a trolley for me. The lady then came with me to my car and put them in my boot. You can't ask more than that.

Could have been better
We asked for 2 items, one of which was out of stock, the other they didn't stock! We also had to ask the price of another item, as there wasn't any signage on it.
The store was clean and easy to navigate, but we found the assistant a little 'hard work'! He wasn't very forthcoming and our questions seemed a bit too much trouble to answer. He wasn't rude, but I would expect more animation from someone in a customer facing role; he was a bit dismissive when telling me I hadn't spent enough to redeem my voucher. I left the
store feeling quite deflated.
