The girl on the till had no knowledge of products and couldn't find my details on the system. Another staff member abruptly, butted in ,on my conversation and told me I couldn't use that product on the one I bought at the same time? I will be using pets at home from now on. You have just lost a good customer 😕

App access
Staff were helpful and patient. The reason for the low scoreis that the jollyes app does not recognise my account. Luckily the staff found a way for me to access my voucher. Apparently not the first account to have this issue. Funny that jollyes manage to email me to do this review but can’t give access to the app.
Staff at Selby store always go above and beyond.
