Store visit
I came into store today, nice store good layout just need more choice for pet parrots, the only downside was there was a polite gentleman on the till and I was finishing being served another employee rudely interrupted and said to him you need to sell 25 must sells by tomorrow else you will be called in for a meeting with Diane! Poor lad didn’t know where to put his face! Uncalled for in front of customers embarrassing the poor guy! But just her tone was awful too! Only reason I marked it lower in stars.

Oh don’t bother with the click & collect within an hour service! I placed an order , got my order notification . Great I thought I’ll get my confirmation email within the hour as per the website…I waited and waited. After two hrs I went to the store …. Some confusion there … apparently they need to check their system snd send me an email to come and pick up …. So why didn’t they? Why did it take me going to the store for them to realise they had an order needing to fulfill. Wasted my time when I could of been getting on with other things …. Please don’t advertise ready in an hour when it’s not. … this experience was disruptive.

Helpful, knowledgeable staff, willing to assist. Fantastic range of products for all pets. It was great to see raw food on offer for cats! Super range of toys and anything else the pet owner might want
