Swadlincote store. I had not been in the store before. I was greeted by a smiling assistant who showed me the range of frozen dog food. She turned out to be the store manager.
I got what I wanted and joined the Jolleys club.
I will use this store again.

Found this shop has a few cheap items,and is well laid out and clean and not cluttered the staff I found were very helpful and pleasant.and that’s why I bought buffalo ears for my own dogs from there.

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service, as I arrived at the desk the woman decided she needed to be somewhere else, shouted another member of staff who was already dealing with another customer so myself & another couple just left standing there waiting to be served until the woman decided to come back

Staff not being honest,or knowledgeable
Staff need to be more knowledgeable enquired about a parrot cage told me sizes and price which they said was 219 pounds I was going to purchase it when I noticed it should have a tray that fits round the outside when I pointed this out I was told they did not have the cage had come from another shop when the stoe opened so that is 12 month.Looking on line you have these complete for £200.They did eventually say they would sell for £175.No great bargin .Staff should also be pointing out it is not complete they where not at all surprised when I pointed it out .Someone is going to be ripped off. Also on a previous visit 2 days previous I asked a member of staff if they sold cuttle fish only to be told they do not sell any live animals.
