I mistakenly bought the wrong size collar for my dog and had to return it for an exchange, the staff were so helpful and friendly and it was no problem at all 😀

Friendly knowledgeable staff.
The staff are great but I am disappointed I didn’t save any money this time. It doesn’t seem worth being with pet club as there is no discount.
