The staff here are so helpful and patient
I go here all the time for my cats stuff and today Honestly such a good experience here!! I kept going back to ask more questions because I overthink everything 😅when buying stuff for my cat, and the staff member charly C was SO patient and nice every single time. She never made me feel annoying or rushed and explained everything really clearly. You can tell she genuinely cares and it was also 30mins before closing yet she didn’t mind taking the time to help me which I really appreciated!

The staff at Jollyes are amazing. They always go above and beyond.
I am always greated with a warm welcome, and they always offer to carry my shopping out to my car for me. As a disabled customer I feel seen and respected by them.
Overall it makes for a calm and stress free shopping experience.
