Loooong queues due to idiotoc head office decesion
Store & staff ok but pain in backside as app no abolished so when a loooooong queue poor staff have to ask & search for every postcode pf pet clunb memebers hoping that some are actual members
This is ok when shop not busy
If i didnt need cat food i would have left and gone back when empty
Getting rid of the app was not the brighest idea

Since taking away all your offers your shop isn't worth shopping in! We used to come weekly for bugs and dog chews. The bugs were 4 for 8.00 now there 2.75 each and the chews used to be 3 for 2 there all now 2.99 plus!!
