From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. A full list of stores and advice for customers on owning a pet can be found at www.jollyes.co.uk. Don’t worry if you don’t have a store nearby, you can shop and find helpful advice on our website.

There were some great dog toys
There were some great dog toys, food and novelties. However, there was much less for cats. Not a great assortment of cat food, especially as there was food for senior cats.
Friendly staff
Very friendly and chatty- asked if we had everything we wanted. Took details to find our loyalty card. Will return
Pleasant and helpful
I found what I wanted easily it was reduced in price which was an added bonus, there was no queuing at the till and the young man who served me was very pleasant and helpful. What more can you ask for.
Grooming Dogs
I went into Jollyes in Wakefield Ings Road, I didn’t go to the grooming place but you can see through the window and watch the staff clipping and grooming dogs, what I saw I wouldn’t take your pets there.
Not watching what they are doing clipping dogs nails, making the dog cry out making the dog growl and the staff member shout at the poor dog, the dog only growl because she hurt him/her.
Also the groomers wasn’t watching what they were doing, too busy talking to each other.
Don’t expect a drink
We called in here with our German Shepherd to pick up supplies for her. All went well until as we left she went across to the two water bowls for a drink. Sadly they were both empty.
