Disabled customers beware
I’ve written this for Google review and although it’s been a while, I’m still on a mission to ensure no disabled person shops here.
I spent £200+ in the warmley store every month for my dogs, snake and wild birds. During one of my very usual trips here my 5 year old disabled daughter needed the toilet. She’s used the toilet here before after an employee allowed us to use it and stood outside while she did her business. Not on this particular day. While there a young man denied my child the right to a toilet and after I told him “she’s going to wet herself, can you at least tell me where the closest toilet is?” He smiled and said “we’re the only local toilet around here”. To a disabled 5 year old. Vile company.

The staff at my local branch are always really helpful and nice. I feed my dog his food from there regularly and if I ever have a query they are always happy to help.

Unless you are shopping for a dog, stock is limited. Prices are not competitive with supermarket and have stopped most scoop/loose food since moving.
