A van with the Joloda Conveyor services decals driving down the A419 displayed dangerous driving deciding to tailgate and attempt to undertake me when there was significant traffic in front of me (rendering me unable to speed past 70 even if I wanted to). In the course of undertaking he nearly caused a collision with my car and another car. It's a shame this van couldn't copy his colleague in another van displaying correct discipline on the road.

Need to sort out their staff!

Mr "Big Man" parked half over a disabled space & half over a pathway, so wheelchair user had to go around and try to bump up the kerb.Looked like he had a little kiddy NOT in a car seat! He left his engine running, the shop was really busy for Saturday evening...
Oh, then as he stomped out of his van, he "hoicked" up a gobful of phlegm and spat it out on the path, RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOORS!!!
What a disgusting piece of trash you employ & says much about your company, if this is what he does whilst in uniform!!! 😡

I can only speak of what I find and feel that my comments are not unusual in the British Market.

The people working for the company are nice and friendly, they have a desire to do a good job and strive to do so, but it appears that company practices from on high may be the issue. Without having first sight it is difficult to highlight the issues, but it appears to be overworked staff and poor organisation. It's as if they are blinded in headlights.

It would be unfair to be overly critical of the company, but unless they hear the truth they cannot improve. Good people, good desire, good efforts are let down by poor communication, poor organisation and overworked management, made worse by the current pandemic restrictions.

Toxic working environment.
Liverpool based design team are inexperienced thus causing major product manufacturing problems furthur downstream.

CEO is surly and sexist, provides no motivation or leadership qualities at all.

A good product slowly loosing market reputation
