Thank you Sara Love my new Chatsworth kitchen from The Range in Pitsea. We had other quotes, but The Range came out the best. My fitter said for the price we paid the quality was far better than Wren and Howdens… We had a few items that were damaged, but Sara was easy to get hold of and replacements were out to us within 48hrs hours. As for Sara she was excellent throughout the process, she was patient and caring (we had our kids with us)She even came up with some money saving tips. What we loved about her is she never made us felt pressured into buying the kitchen, unlike Wren who hounded me with calls. So if you’re considering a kitchen I’d pop in Sara at The Range in Pitsea.

We had a quote from wren but glad I chose to go with Jonas and James more for ur money without compromising on quality
Omg amazing from start to finish Kirsty was great with the whole design loved all her ideas overall experience was exceptional and Kirsty went above n beyond and nothing was to much trouble with her being there from start to finish made my feel all at ease. Absolutely delighted with the over all experience couldnt thank her enough
The fitting team Andy n Paul what a great pair of blokes nothing was to much trouble above n beyond superb, down to earth genuine guys, professional job done to a high quality standard, any issues I mite have had they put to ease loved that they spoke about things before doing it instead of doing the easy option and doing what the wanted. we did keep adding extra bits on for them to do n this wasn’t a problem happy to help us could not fault these too at all highly recommended if I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would thank u

Colin at Stockport store was excellent,couple of little niggles but sorted straight away.Nothing was too much trouble from beginning to end. Definitely recommend !

Our experience with Jonas and James was fantastic. Scott McArthur in the Bournemouth branch was incredible and managed to organise the impossible so that we had a stunning kitchen island within 2 weeks ready for an important date. Scott couldn’t have been more helpful and went absolutely above and beyond to make sure it all worked out - he coordinated with a quartz fitter and kitchen fitter and everything arrived on time. Thank you Scott you are a STAR ⭐️

I had a wonderful experience at the range bury…met a lady called Roxanne she was very nice helped to get my kitchen…received the best Costumer service would recommend to others.

We love our new kitchen! Kirsty is brilliant – she got involved after we’d had an initial design that wasn’t very good, and she sorted everything out super quickly and made it a really smooth experience. She’s really knowledgeable and listened to our ideas but also pointed out lots of things we hadn’t thought about.
Then the fitting service from Andy & Paul was superb – they are lovely guys and did a very professional job. They found solutions to all the little fitting problems and spoke to us about everything to make sure we were happy – they didn’t just do whatever was easiest for them. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Many thanks guys!

We absolutely love our new kitchen from the Range in Stockport. The quality is superb. Colin was fantastic throughout the process. Nothing was to much trouble from start to finish and he has helped create our absolutely gorgeous kitchen that we are completely in love with. The comments we have had from friends and family have been overwhelming and we couldn’t be happier with how it has turned out. The bar stools and other accessories from the range also helped to create our wonderful space.

What a great experience we had with ordering our new kitchen from Jones and James from The Range at Stockport. Colin was so helpful from the first visit designing and advising us along the way. We now have a fantastic kitchen that all our visitors admired We highly recommend this company and Colin for his fantastic support from beginning to end. The cabinets are of great quality and is reasonabley priced compared to some we had seen. We are over the moon with our new kitchen.

A Jonas & James kitchen was the best decision I made.
Having had previous, drawings and quotes from various other companies, including Homebase, Ikea and Howdens. I decided to go with Jonas & James, and I am so glad that I did. Scott at the Jonas & James Branch in bournemouth, has been fantastic. Exceptional customer service and went above and beyond. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I absolutely love my new Jonas & James kitchen, The transformation was phenomenal and the quality of the units and value is outstanding. Would definately recommend Jonas & James Kitchens to friends and family and would not hesitate having another Jonas & James Kitchen in the future and without a doubt, would recommend Scott as scott is a great asset to the company, who delivers exceptional customer service and fantastic kitchen designs. One very happy customer, 5 stars!

Has taken 6 months to finally finish this Jonas and James kitchen. After getting the original quote was hounded by the salesman to sign saying he wouldn't lose the sale for a few hundred pounds. What he didn't say was that he was removing items from the order to reduce the price like the hob and end panels. He should have taken off the work surface tape at £11 a roll of which he sent 2 and we didn't need any but they wouldn't allow a return or refund on them. Several items damaged which I had to pay extra to get replaced. The final quote they were referring back to was actually £120 lower than what they took of my credit card but said that's what happens sometimes. Measurements were incorrect so we had to purchase a new 500mm cupboard as the 600mm one that was sent was to big but apparently that was my fought for not checking the sales man had worked it out correctly. If I was a designer I wouldn't have needed their sales man to design it for me. I had to pay an extra £286 for the new cupboard, they wouldn't take back the original one even though it hadn't been opened. The microwave cupboard was to small so a new door was required and the microwave had to sit on the work surface instead. I had paid an electrician to put in a feed for the microwave so another £100 out of pocket. Went to wicks for another work surface as they hadn't sent enough so another £95. Door handles were the wrong ones so of to wicks again to buy some more as they wouldn't send out the ones ordered another £75 out of pocket. Then there was the cooker hood that was to big. They sent me a photo of how they fitted it into the show room kitchen but said it wasn't to be put in like that in a domestic kitchen. Refused point blank to exchange it so another £189 later it was back to wicks again. Perhaps should have brought the kitchen from wicks they couldn't have done a worse job. Then one of the doors was the wrong colour. The first replacement was wrong size second replacement was damaged third replacement was the wrong size luckily the fourth time it was right. However I now need to find some to come out and fit it, most say it's to smaller a job or want their day rate of £200. During this 6 months I have had to speak to about 8 people to try and sort it out. Countless phone calls and emails. Emailed the CEO of the Range about 7 times but not once did he have the common courtesy to reply. They did in the end refund £270 as a good will gesture. Leaving me about £1000 out of pocket and the fitter also wanted another £300 for all the extra time it took to solve the problems. Beware it's up to you to check that their sales man knows what he is doing. Small print tells you to check his measurements. They don't tell you this till there is a problem. Apparently this is normal in the kitchen trade. I'm just glad carpet retailers and double glazing retailers know what they are doing or I would really be in trouble. I don't use the Range for anything any more even though I had planned to buy a new suite and bedroom furniture from them. I went elsewhere where people are more caring about their customers.

We researched many kitchens and finally went with Jonas's and James. Scott McArthur from the Bournemouth branch was simply amazing. Nothing was ever too much, his help and experience was second to none we are so grateful THANK YOU Scott . The kitchen is simply outstanding it is of great quality and we are immensely pleased with it.

Tried every single kitchen suppliers, was quoted all sorts of prices and while visiting Range came across Jonas & James and Colin . No hard sales just honest talking from the start , listened to what we wanted and designed us our dream kitchen , the quality is outstanding everything from the first meet to the delivery I’ve had no issues, and questions have been answered swiftly . The service of this company is above the five stars I can give x

We recently bought a kitchen from the Paignton branch and we are very pleased with the finished product. Richard was really helpful and produced some great plans, advising on how best to use our space. He checked our measurements and made sure that everything was going to work. We used an experienced independent kitchen fitter who was very impressed with the quality of the kitchen units and fittings and the detailed design pack that Richard had sent us which made fitting the kitchen straightforward. Everything was delivered on the right day and nothing was missing. When we had questions, Richard was very quick to answer and advise and he made the whole process of designing, buying and fitting our kitchen a very positive process.

The whole experience was a disaster, I bought a kitchen in July, had to wait for the fitter until October, the design was incorrect, the salesman took the wrong measurements, the installation was increased by almost £850 because of this, I was then left to pay extra to put right all the problems this created, I complained endlessly and was told the plans/ measurements are only a guideline and I believe if your paying for a service it should be a professional service.
After a battle with the company I gave up as they accept no liability for their mistakes, I was given a £100 gift card to use in their store ! And a refund for extra panels that the designer ordered but where not necessary, Anybody choosing this company should be aware of the tactics they use, and most definitely don’t use their fitters they are cowboys. Had to pay them in cash, was charged £30 for 12 screws as the handles didn’t have long enough screws supplied with them.
The washing machine door was put on the wrong way around and I had to pay for the fitter to come back and put on a new door the right way around !
The kitchen itself is a good solid kitchen, but that is the only good thing about this company.

Had kitchen off range in bury . Never again it came damage had to re order fitter came when he want kitchen still in bits still waiting for fitter to come left all the kitchen out side front door and in Mt extension . Had money not answeringmy calls txt .

Colin was a great help, designed the kitchen really well for the space available in the house, it turned out very nice and looks lovely 👍🏻

We had some item missing and he went out of his way to deliver them the same day so our fitter could carry on with the kitchen installation, really happy with everything thank you.

Avoid at all costs, terrible customer service, massive design errors, unbelievable amount of damaged and missing items, crappy blurry drawings.
Bizarre things that need to be done to make the design work but there's no instructions or any guidance.

I've fitted loads of kitchens stick with Wren, Howdens or Wickes can't go wrong.
These muppets are useless

We had a lovely kitchen from Jonas and James, via the Range in Paignton. The quality of the units are very good and the price very reasonable. The consultation and design aspect of our experience was outstanding and we were provided with really great visuals and installation plans. We would definitely use this company again.

Colin at Stockport was excellent, we initially sent some photos of what we wanted by email and when we attended for our appointment, Colin had more or less had the design already completed, he went through everything with us and made changes where we needed them, he came out and took the measurements to double check them and then made any necessary changes. Colin kept us informed all the way through and when we had a couple of slight issues he sorted them out straight away. The kitchen was a reasonable price and probably one of the cheapest but you wouldn't think so by looking at it, very good quality!
Colin even suggested worktop suppliers and a kitchen fitter.
I would definitely recommend Jonas and James and especially Colin who was great throughout !!
