Michael is very efficient in finding tenants and responsive to the questions that I had. When a problem happens, he proactively provides a solution and being flexible to adjust according to my needs. I had a good time working with Michael and the team.

Michael was very helpful during our house rental process. He guided us in the right direction and enabled us to complete the process smoothly with a solution-oriented perspective. As agreed, we moved into our new home on June 1st, and even after the move, he supported us in resolving any issues we encountered.

It has been a previledge to meet the managers at Jones Real Estate as well their team of building contractors. I am impressed by their efficiency and integrity. They were refreshing as they gave practical options and solutions regarding my property. Which to me was an indicator that they saw beyond their own opportunities, to recognise my needs and desires as their potenial client. Despite not yet reaching a decision if to sell or rent out my property they have been patient and informative.

As a first time tenant I was very anxious about the process but this was quickly laid to rest by me meeting if Micheal ! It doesn’t matter what time of the day I called or text he was always willing to help! He was like a God sent . The team all together made me feel confident.
