Ryan has done a great job in terms of finding new power contracts. Unlike any previous brokers I’ve used - personable, responsive, unpushy and takes the hassle away!

We've had excellent service from Paul at Jonstar, and have been very happy with the smooth negotiation of renewal of our contract with British Gas. Nice clear information and communication. Highly recommend Jonstar the only broker I will deal with.

Paul Noble was very courteous and professional in the way he handle my energy renewal.
I received what I would described as harassment calls from the representatives from Smartest Energy. They were very rude and advised me not to do business with Jonstar Energy on the grounds that they are not a reputable company.
To cut the whole story short, Paul helped me to resolve the issue with Smartest Energy.
I would avoid Smartest Energy like a plague.

We have been dealing with Jonstar for some time, first through my Dad and since through myself. We have found them to be highly professional, very responsive and most effective at finding the best energy rates.

In particular, I have to highly praise Bhavesh Mistry - our Senior Account Manager with Jonstar. He is the epitome of excellent customer service, always going over and above and fighting for the interest of his clientele.

I cannot speak more highly of Bhavesh and I can't recommend him and Jonstar enough. Thanks again for your assistance.

Jonstar were brilliant in helping renew our electricity with British Gas, got us a good price and were so helpful and efficient. Bhavesh was swift to reply to emails and phone calls and went above and beyond, will definitely be using again.

When Alicia first made contact with us we were still in contract with another energy supplier and I asked Alicia to send me an email with her details and if and when I needed help I would reach out. Unlike other suppliers she did not constantly phone back and apply pressure, so when the time came to change supplier she was my first port of call because she listened. Not only did Alicia listen she delivered what she promised.

Alicia has been amazing from day 1. Managed to save us a small fortune on our renewal and made the process as painless as possible. Wish I'd found these guys when we first went into business.

Paul Noble - Extremely knowledgeable in this crazy field of Gas & Electric contracts. Super friendly and explains the finer details in full. Leaving no stone unturned. Our business was mis sold a blend and extend contract from a company no longer in business. If this went live it would have had a huge detrimental impact on our family businesses.

We received fair and honest advice on the best energy deal for us. The supplier change over should have been a smooth process but there was always a doubt given the level of service we had received from Total Energies, however, Paul at JonStar was on the ball and dealt with the issue quickly and successfully. I was always in the loop with the progress of our change over and would like to recommend JonStar. Having dealt with other energy brokers I can honestly say I have every confidence that they work hard to get you best deal and continue to support after the deal is done.

Who can be bothered spending time going through all the deals to find one, particularly when you are busy trying to get on. That is where Jonstar come in and I find that he doesn't barrage me with the usual sales patter of other companies. Gives me the options and I pick one.

We have been dealing with Matthew from Jonstar Energy Brokers now for some time (originally recommended to us by a friend who was also very happy with his services) and we are very impressed with the efficient manner he responds to any queries we have by email or phone.
He is a very pleasant person to deal with and nothing is too much trouble for him. He will listen to our concerns and the care he takes with his customers is first class.
