I have found their advice very helpful and they have pointed me in the right direction on a number of occasions over the last 6 years or so that I have used Jonstar. It takes a great deal of pressure off of your decision making and the constant daily phone calls from other energy brokers/ companies.

Give them a medal
We are a golf club and used Jonstar to negotiate our gas & electricity contracts in May 2021, a short time before prices went haywire. We found them to be knowledgeable, credible and transparent with a reliable and efficient way of working.
However, we didn’t expect them to be that much better than numerous brokers we’d used in the past. However, 2 years on, with prices for gas around 10p per unit and electricity at over 30p, we are sitting pretty (thanks to Jonstar’s advice) of 2.74p for gas until 2026 and 15p for electricity until 2024!
Well done Jonstar. Very impressive!

Chloe with Jonstar Energy reached out to me regarding the energy usage at my hair and beauty salon. I knew what I was paying was painfully expensive but I’d already previously reached out to my supplier and been told I was on the cheapest possible rates so I sucked it up and paid what I was asked for. Chloe has managed to more than HALF my gas bill upon its renewal! Not only that but she has been so so easy to deal with, explained everything so thoroughly to me so now I actually understand what and why I pay the amounts I do and I love the peace of mind knowing I have someone knowledgable now managing my business energy usage! Highly recommend this service!
