direct debit cancelled wrongly by supplier
Problems with a direct debit cancelled by the suplier for no reason Jonstar was swift in sorting the problem out.
We would always recommend Jonstar.

Excellent service
Excellent professional, knowledgeable and timely support with a very long running commercial utilities saga with another company. Jonstar got hold of it, immediately grasped how to solve it and it's well on the way to being resolved. Wish I'd come across them two years ago, it would have saved me so much stress and aggravation. Highly recommend.

Great service received from Bhavesh. He was very honest and transparent with the information he presented me. He took care in researching my company to find which supplier would be a good fit for us. I know if I have any issues with my energy or water providers, I can give him a call and he will do everything within his power to help me resolve it. Jonstar Energy are the go to guys!
