I never received my order. I emailed Joopzy several times and never received a response. Luckily I paid through PayPal. I requested a refund through PayPal and Joopzy responded stating that my order had been delivered the prior day. When I asked for delivery confirmation they responded and said that it was delivered to someone else. The tracking number they gave me was not valid through UPS, USPS, of FedEx. They finally agreed to refund me (all through the paypal system) but never actually refunded me. I had to escalate the issue with PayPal and am currently waiting for them to get the issue resolved. This is a scam company. Do not order from them!!

I will never purchase anything from Joopzy. They charged me for my order on April 8, 2020 and then said they shipped it on May 5, 2020. I never received the product and there are no updates with the tracking. I have emailed them three times and they do not respond.

Ordered amicroscope camera in April and never received. It is now June. 30 bucks waisted. Can't get ahold of anyone at Joopzy. Tracking number ends in Shenzhen China. Looks very fake. Don't use this company I know I'll never again. They get your money and you get nothing.
Update: june22. I received the item after contacting mc to rescind my payment
To PayPal. Never heard from PayPal before this and never heard anything from Joopzy

I placed an order on May 1, 2020. As of June 8, 2020, I have not received my item. I used every means to investigate and resolve this issue including placing phone calls and letters to customer support. Joopzy gives the customer useless tracking (AirShip) information from China. Joopzy's own link from my order page says as of June 8 that the order is "still in process". Huh? My request for a refund has been met with silence as well as a response from a PayPal escalation query. A May 13th response from Joopzy said that the product is well on its way. It seems the word "well" is meant as my money went down the well!
Update: The product was received on June 19th in terrible broken condition with contents also missing and broken. I sent pictures and letters to Joopzy and they are refusing to answer and refund my money. I wish I could post the pictures here. You would be shocked!

I do not even think they deserve a single star. My order from 28 January 2020 never arrived & written to them 3 times without even a single reply. I definitely will not purchase anything from Joopzy if I've had read the reviews beforehand. It seem like I am not alone after going through all the recent bad reviews!

If you do not wish to end up like us, please do not purchase anything from them!

Do not order from these people!! I ordered an embroidery kit to be able to embroider while being quarantined and it is almost been two months and it hasn't even hit the USA yet! RIP OFF!!!!

These guys suck major balls, I ordered a pair of shorts 3 months ago and still havent arrived. They dont answer any emails DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

-1 Star would be the more appropriate rating. Ordered some articles, never arrived. Several emails never being answered. DON'T SHOP WITH THESE GUYS !!!

Not even 1 star. Order from 19.1.20 has not been completed yet. Mails are not answered. Never again. And will for sure publish bad advertisement

Its a fake! Ordered since 23rd Feb 2020, never received any shipment confirmation!!

If I can give joopzy no stars I would, they don’t even deserve a 1star rating. Ordered from her but never received my item evening it stated 5-10 working days for delivery. Contacted them serval times ie live chat I was never given no tracking information they kept prompt someone will email me back but never did eventually I asked for a refund and again was promised a refund will be issued etc but again it was a lie. Luckily I paid using PayPal which I knew I’ll be covered if anything goes wrong. So contacted PayPal told them that I did not received my item and they’d said they’ll email the seller and ask them to provide a tracking number and that PayPal with get back to me with in 10 days, of course again joopzy failed to supply any tracking information and PayPal issued me a full refund. All credit goes to the PayPal team ;) I strongly advise anybody that is thinking of shopping at joopzy is read all the reviews first and I agree with the rest of the buyers that joopzy are a BIG SCAMMER so avoid at all cost !!!!

I bought shoes in Novembe19 that were a very bad fit and did not look as advertised. I photographed them and compared them to shoes of a similar size to show the misfit. They stalled and stalled before replying and eventually instructed me to return them to an address in China. I did and once again showed the postal receipt together with the packaging as proof. My mistake was not to register the post. Once again they stalled with their response so I took it to Paypal and because I couldn't prove delivery, I lost out not only the shoes but the return postage too. Deplorable customer services - stay well clear

Was sold a fake product from China. All purpose cleaning product was basically water in a 1oz diffective spray bottle. No follow up to my complaint. Don't by this junk sold on this site. Rip off.

DO NOT SHOP FROM JOOPZY, Horrible customer service! I placed an order with them beginning of January which I was supposed to get a tracking number & I never did. I sent an email, I was told it takes total of 15 BUSINESS Days if you live in the USA. It’s February 1st, I still haven’t received my order & I’ve sent them several messages & they’re not responding back! 👎👎👎

Ordered dog toys for Christmas on Dec 3... it is almost February and still have yet to receive them. Trying to get in contact with someone for a refund or tracking was impossible! The chat was not helpful, the only thing the chat representative said was they will send me an email to follow up on my order and refund. After 2 months of trying, I received one email stating “they have my items ready to be sent. Would I like them sent now?” I replied No I want a refund and here I am waiting on them again. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Absolutely agree with all reviews. Ordered end of October. Nothing even though supposedly delivered to post office but surprise, surprise no tracking number.
Total scammers. Do not order anything from this cheap, trash Chinese company!
