I ordered the product a long time ago. It has not arrived yet, the status is unknown and no one has responded to the email for 4-5 months. I should have looked at the review first so I would have never ordered anything 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Rating would be 0 if possible

is this a scam?

Never got any confirmation e-mail that my command was ship or anything other that my payment was received. It has been 2 months now and still Never got my shark slipper Which I am very bummed about and Never got any answer from their support mail.

I will not ever buy from joopzy since they’re clearly a scam they also spam other products on insta and other sites with fake accounts I can’t believe they’re not taken down by now this is a scam site beware

I placed an order and was assured it…

I placed an order and was assured it would be with me in 4 days priority . 8 days later and can't get an answer from them £86.60 😕 and they answered everything until they had my money .... fuming doesn't cover how I feel and PayPal don't cover it .

BEWARE - Scamming site

Beware of

'DAN ABBY HERSCHELL'

listing on the Facebook Marketplace site, and associated with

joopsi.shop

The Joopsy site is still showing items for sale and apparently taking orders, even though they could not have had stock [though they likely never had any] after the evening of 29/11/22.

The site has not responded to email challenge regarding false information on its site, or the misappropriation of payments and ordered goods.

Was given contact information for this site via Facebook Marketplace through a contact identified as:

Dan Abby Herschell

This individual is obviously linked to this scamming site as once I had visited the site I received an email via Facebook Marketplace stating that no payment had been made by me for a potential order.

The only way this person would know this information was if they had been monitoring email traffic on the scamming site.

This is PROBABLY the worst Eshop I have…

This is PROBABLY the worst Eshop I have ever tried. I am close to say that it is fraudulent.

I have ordered 3 products from them, and after a long time and several complaints I received a tracking number. Well guess what THE TRACKING NUMBER DOES NOT work.

I still have not received my products, and the money are for now gone. I will try to see if I can get them back from PayPal.

STAY CLEAR OF JOOPZY.

Soda-Can Seal & Sip Tops Are Back!

Other than my soda-can Seal & Sip Tops taking a tad longer to come than expected, probably my own impatience, they came, they are exactly what I hoped! (I’d had them years ago but hadn’t seen them anywhere for years)…The price was great, and Customer Service by Katherine was terrific - she followed up diligently until they arrived and even let me know that they had indeed arrived!

I ordered 4 items

I ordered 4 items. Three i received and the forth was nowhere to be seen. So i wrote a mail and got an answer within 5minutes. Katherine was more than helpful. She assured me that the last item was on its way- and today, it arrived!
I'm really happy about the quality of my bras! They are super confty to wear and i can really recommend them any time

I've ordered Sumifun Varicose Veins…

I've ordered Sumifun Varicose Veins Patch, I tried a couple and they irritate my legs a lot. I asked for a refound after few days as they advertise"30 day money back guarantee" and first they asked me to send a picture, then they disappeared for months and replied that they can't give me a refound. This is scam!!

I was positively surprised how fast Joopzy answer on email requests :)
Especially Katherine! She is very supportive, detailed and clear. You can expect she will answer all of your questions.
I believe that entire team have this amazing attitude thanks to their quality of service.
Also, estimated delivery time from China to Serbia is very reasonable. ♥️

Received calming bed today and it was just what I ordered. Changing my stars to 4 stars because the customer service was not good. No way of tracking order.

I placed an order for a calming dog bed two weeks ago. Joopzy said they would notify me when item shipped.
I called and left message wanting to know when bed would ship? No reply from them. Wrote to them 2 days ago to cancel my order. Today they wrote me I couldn’t cancel order because the bed shipped. I emailed back to ask them when it shipped and called them and of course no reply. Bought another bed in the meantime and will donate Joopzys if I ever receive it. I was taken by Joopzy. I hope whoever reads this review will think twice about ordering anything from Joopzy.

Katherine was very helpful she answered all of my questions. She even send me a gift for waiting a little bit longer for my goods.
Everything came and it is as in the add.
So I must say my experience with joopzy was great and I ll buy from them again.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. I should’ve listened to the trove of negative reviews they have here on Trustpilot. I ordered a product on September 8th, and they promised a MAXIMUM shipping time of 20 working days (with the estimate being less).
Almost 2 months later, and no news. The package tracking link I got shows the product being shipped by Yanwen, another company with a shady reputation, and apparently the product has been “in transit” from China for almost 50 days.
I’ve written to their customer support twice (the first time about a month ago), and have received no answer. They don’t pick up the phone either.
Due to the extreme delay and no answer I had no choice but to buy the same product again from a different, more reputable seller, and at this point I’d like to receive a refund.
