Crappy company .I have never bought anything from there but their business ethics speak wonders! They highjack all the fashion related Instagram products and comment "got it cheaper at Joopzy". Wake up everyone! They are buying your products from AliExpress and sending them to you! Pay for your own advertising and stop using other business!

There was a mix in my shipment, so I contacted their customer support.
I must say they were very supportive and cooperative. They replied promptly and made sure I was resent the correct items.
They were also very supportive to all my concerns.

The company is very helpful and friendly. Especially Katherine. They sent me my order twice because the Post lost the package at the first time without any other charges. I think that you could make guaranteed purchases from joopzy

After reading so many bad reviews about Joopzy, I was really hesitant to order any items here, because I feared the trouble with customer support or worse, to not receive my orders.

I bought a couple of electronics there like a wireless charger, earphones, a shaver or display screen protection for my phone etc. Nothing expensive to test if they are reliable or not.

Not all items were delivered at the same speed (got me a bit worried), but the customer service was always very helpful! Whenever I asked about the item status, I got a quick reply from Katherine, very professional. :)
Customer service is just as important as quick delivery times in my opinion and I was positively surprised about the quick replies within the same day. I know many shops that have next to non-existent support, so that's refreshing!

Joopzy has many interesting gadgets so I'll definitely order here again. Thank you!
