Absolute disgrace of a company, they advise to contact the debtrecovery email address however NO ONE ever responds!! The Customer service is the WORST I have ever encountered! They ignore all your emails so they can then take you to court and blame you! they have no empathy with regards to anyone's personal situation and continue to act as bully boys until they get what they want! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

If I owe money, give me the proof I asked for!!
Having received a letter saying I owed a ppi admin fee from years ago I emailed them back asking for proof that I was paid out. 2 months later having had no proof sent, they have sent another threatening letter. Going straight to the Financial Ombudsman!!

Proper Law firm you having a Laugh
Awful law firm trying to scam people into paying admin fees for old ppi claims sending threatening letters saying they will take you to court if you don’t pay. These people love scaring people don’t be fooled and don’t pay not even a proper law firm am reporting them

Absolute rubbish company chasing people for ppi claims fees from years ago threatening them with court case how do they still trade they are a disgrace. Will be reporting them to financial ombudsman.
