Awful company
Awful company. I had a small amount that was owed to a reclaim company (that did not do what they were asked to do) and I was disputing this with the company. It was passed to these cowboys who ignored my emails repeatedly (I have proof of emails) applied for a CCJ. I send the paperwork off and today got a letter to say I did not respond which is did on 22nd April and so a CCJ has been granted. All over £100 that I had already said I would pay but they ignored! Absolute cow boys just looking to rip people off. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I have now appealed but again I am sure this will be ignored!
Just to add I have spoken to the court and they that confirmed that this cow boy company have increased the amount that's not even included in the CCJ. Literally do anything for a win and some extra cash. Avoid at all costs for any legal services

Minus 5 stars would be more appropriate...Atrocious service, telephone staff have ZERO compassion, people skills whatsoever. Letters demanding payment sent to a previous address in a former name, emails to an address no longer used. I had no knowledge of this at all, however a CCJ has now been obtained. I am DISGUSTED and am sure this must be illegal...telephone member of staff could only say "procedures were followed". When I asked for copies of letters apparently sent to me I was told this was not possible ??GDPR if they even know what this is...in the world of debt collection this company are the WORST

If I could give 0 stars I would just received a email threading me with legal action for PPI collection fees not paid. I’ve never had a successful ppi claim. Take me to court the judge will laugh at you when the see my bank records and your lack of evidence
