Dishonest and Unprofessional Service – Do Not Recommend

I had an extremely disappointing experience with joseyawhitecarpets.co.uk. They were dishonest from the start, giving incorrect measurements for the carpet installation. During the fitting, the crew kept asking for their money, which was highly unprofessional.
When I initially provided my measurements, they quoted £2100. However, when they came to measure, the price suddenly increased to £2650, a huge difference. I thought my measurements might have been incorrect, but after seeing their unprofessional job, I asked another company to measure. It turned out my measurements were accurate.
To my surprise, I found out that joseyawhitecarpets.co.uk only handled the measurements and provided the carpet. The crew demanded cash and left all the remnants and cuts behind in the property.
After just one day, the carpet on the stairs became loose and was improperly fitted. They claimed the stairs were included in the service, but they used the remnants from the rooms to fit the stairs. Each step was separately fitted with remnants, leading to a poor finish.
I am highly dissatisfied with their service and do not recommend joseyawhitecarpets.co.uk to anyone.
