I recently purchased a few products from JOURNEY OFFICIAL UK, including the 3-way charger and a case for my Mac Book. The delivery was prompt, and everything works as expected. I also reached out to their customer service with a query and received a quick, satisfactory response. The products seem to have good quality and style. While I'm generally pleased with my purchase, I think there's still room for improvement. Overall, a decent experience, deserving of three stars.

I had a problem with a loose connection on a TRIO charger and expected excuses as to why it wasn't under warranty. However, journey were excellent and replaced the unit promptly.

Never been a fan of buying a nice case, but because it was my first Mac Book I thought, let me try and keep it safe. Seen the ad on Meta and I saved it 3 month prior buying - that's how much I wanted it :D I would say it is 100% worth every pound they're asking for it. Really quality stuff and looks premium (just like your laptop).

Greatest Quality

The product is nicely made, reasonably priced and does what it’s supposed to do. The only reason it didn’t get 5 Stars is because there is a small status LED on the unit but I actually find that at night it’s so bright in a dark room that it’s actually quite distracting, I had to find something to put on top of it!!!
